  • Transit Time: USPS Ground Advantage, typically 2–5 business days
  • Estimated Delivery Time: Approximately 3–6 business days total
  • Shipping Cost: Free shipping on orders over $50; $8.88 flat rate under $50
  • Tracking: All orders include tracking information

Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping details. The Noddi is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses or carrier-related problems.

10. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

  • Return Window: Requests must be submitted within forty (40) days of delivery
  • Eligibility: Items must be returned in original condition unless defective
  • Return Shipping: Covered for approved returns
  • Exchanges: Shipping is covered for approved exchanges
  • Damaged Orders: Must be reported within three (3) days of delivery with photos when possible
  • Lost or Missing Packages: Responsibility lies with the carrier once shipped; claims must be filed with USPS
  • Post-Delivery Damage: We are not responsible for damage caused after delivery due to misuse or improper storage
