Shipping policy

We place a high priority on fast and reliable delivery. Orders are processed quickly and shipped daily to help ensure customers receive their items without unnecessary delays.

Post-Purchase Process

After an order is placed:

  • A confirmation email is sent immediately after checkout
  • Orders are typically processed within one (1) business day
  • Once shipped, tracking details are emailed so customers can monitor delivery progress
  • Total delivery time (processing + shipping) is generally 3–6 business days

Processing & Handling

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Sunday.

Orders placed before 5:00 PM local time are usually shipped the same day. Orders placed after this cutoff are processed on the next business day.

Processing times may extend slightly during holidays or high-volume periods, but we always work to minimize delays.

Shipping Method & Transit Time

Orders are primarily shipped using USPS Ground Advantage.

Transit times typically range from 2–5 business days depending on destination and carrier conditions.

  • Free shipping on all orders over $50
  • $8.88 flat-rate shipping on orders under $50

After Shipment

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timing and handling become the carrier’s responsibility. The Noddi is not liable for delays, loss, or damage occurring after shipment.

If a package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, customers should contact USPS directly using their tracking number or file a claim through the USPS Claims & Help portal.
