Refund policy

We want every customer to feel confident and satisfied when shopping with The Noddi. If your order does not meet expectations, please contact us at info@thenoddi.com and we will review your request and work in good faith to resolve the issue.

Return Eligibility

Returns can be requested within forty (40) days of the carrier-confirmed delivery date.

Eligible returns include items that are:

  • Defective
  • Non-defective
  • Damaged during production

All return requests must be submitted within the 40-day window from delivery. Items should be returned in their original condition unless the return is due to a verified defect or production issue.

Return Process

Once a return request has been reviewed and approved:

  • Detailed return instructions will be sent by email
  • Return shipping costs are covered for eligible returns
  • Items must be shipped back following the provided instructions to ensure proper processing

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted or processed.

Return Shipping Costs

The Noddi covers return shipping costs for all approved and eligible return requests.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Customers will be notified of the refund approval or denial
  • Approved refunds are processed within seven (7) business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Please note that banks or payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refunded amount.

Exchanges

To request an exchange for a different size or color:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in original packaging
  • Exchange requests must be submitted via email
  • Instructions will be provided once the request is approved
  • Shipping costs for approved exchanges are covered by The Noddi

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within three (3) days of delivery.

When possible, include photos of the item and packaging to help with review. Once approved, replacement items will be shipped promptly.

Lost or Missing Packages

If a shipment appears to be lost in transit, please contact us so we can assist with carrier investigation.

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers should file a claim with the shipping carrier. While delivery confirmation is handled by the carrier, The Noddi reviews these cases individually.

Handling After Delivery

The Noddi is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or incorrect storage after delivery.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details are correct at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Restocking Fees

The Noddi does not charge any restocking fees.
